MetaPWR is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.
This timer is 20 seconds work with a 10 second rest in between exercises.
designed to be a high intense class to raise the heart rate and work up a sweat.
Timed stations with both cardio and a core components.
You'll have 2 exercises which have numbers included and you'll work through the board as many times as you can in the time.
Purely weights only in this class. dumbbells, Barbells, Leg press, Cable machines, Trap bars and so much more... the weights are completely up to you, but we support you as you increase and push and pull heavier as your confidence builds.
each week it changes i.e. beginning of the week is lower focus & end upper then the following week it swaps around.
